It is the case of the complainant that Accused No. 1 informed him that the inauguration function was arranged on 06.02.2011. The complainant made the arrangement of food etc. for 700 dignitaries and the guest from his own restaurants Mustard and Bawarchi. Accused No. 1 did not pay for the same.
