Foreseeing their replacement by new set of VTs, the petitioners have knocked the doors of this Court challenging the action of the respondents principally on the count that the Vocational Training Programme had seen the light of day somewhere in the year 2014 and some of the petitioners who are VTs working in the schools from very inception of the programme
