In his cross examination done by learned counsel for R2, he deposed that he had given his Aadhar Card to the IO before filing of the DAR and the same is already filed with DAR. The driver of the MACT Case No. 420-21 (FIR No. 51-21) Amrish Kumar vs. Anil Kumar & Another alleged offending vehicle is not his relative and is not known to him.
