The State Government has decided to establish Government Medical College and hospital at Chandrapur. Government has taken a policy decision to outsource the employees as regards to Respondent No. 3 College and Hospital. The Government took a decision vide Government Resolution (GR) dated 09.01.2017 to establish 500 beded Hospital by creating 571 supernumerary post and availing their services by outsourcing. Accordingly, Respondent No. 3 Medical College has floated a public tender inviting bids for providing outsourcing services. Both petitioners had participated in the tender process and declared to be successful bidders.
