I had constructed my house and the accused had worked as plumber there. I have not brought today the minutes book of the complainant company. It is wrong to suggest that the complainant does not maintain any minute book. I do not remember the exact time when first transaction between the complainant and the accused took placed. However as per my memory it was year 2008. As per my memory there was no transaction between the complainant company and the accused apart from transaction in question.
