aIn the above facts and circumstances I am of the considered view that this petition can be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 to decide petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2021 copy of which is annexed as Annexure A at Page 4 of the additional affidavit as expeditiously as possible and in any case within the period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.
