According to DAR filed in both the cases, on 10.07.2018, Tanishq (deceased herein) and Naveen Kumar (injured herein) were returning to home at Alipur from school on scooty bearing registration no. DL8S which was being driven by Tanishq at the time of accident and Naveen was sitting as pillion on it.
