Description

The Supreme Court today (September 20) refused interfere in the order of the Delhi High Court which directed the cash-strapped airlines SpiceJet to return three aircraft engines for defaulting on payments to engine lessors. The Impugned order had upheld the Single Bench's order granting interim relief to the lessors over the breach of agreement between the parties.
