Description

By application of settled law therefore, no case has been made out by the petitioner for issuance of any direction or for any interference by this Court. No further, discernable grounds have been made out to show that there was any failure on the part of the Respondent No. 1 & 2 in complying with the Scheme for compassionate appointment, nor any materials placed on record to substantiate the allegations that there was any illegality or arbitrariness on the part of the respondents. For the reasons and circumstances stated above, there is no merit in the instant writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
