Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and upon perusing the instant writ petition we are of the view that the matter is required to be heard upon notice to the private Respondent No. 6. The Advocate-on-Record for the writ petitioner is directed to ensure service of notice alongwith a copy of the writ petition upon the private Respondent No. 6 and file an affidavit of service indicating service as directed herein on or before the next date.
