It was clarified by learned advocate Mr. Aadi at the outset that though the FIR was registered on 16.12.2023 till date no charge sheet has been filed and there is no material against the present applicant except for the statement of co-accused. He also submitted that the main accused has admitted the guilt and vide order dated 22.06.2024 the learned JMFC the main accused in convicted and was sentenced to imprisonment since rising of Court along with fine of Rs. 300/- was imposed.
