Learned counsel for appellant has further submitted that as per Ex. P-4 that was itself exhibited by the prosecution, it is clear that the victim was having affair with the appellant and when this fact came into the knowledge of the family member, they had beaten the victim so she made up the mind to leave her home, had communicated her intention to appellant, on 06.07.2019 at about 9:30 PM when all the family members were in the sleep, she herself went Village Rohani where appellant met her and from there both of them went to Hoshangabad by Bus and from there they went to Goa by train and lived seven months, thus it is a clear case of consent and trial Court itself has acquitted the appellant for the offence under Sections 363 and 366 of the IPC.
