Viewed in this perspective, it prima facie appears from the perusal of the investigation record that, the Applicants No. 1 to 3 in connivance with each other have implicated Respondent No. 2 in the criminal case and have actually carried out their threat as the Respondent No. 2 not having succumbed to their extortion demands.
