By the first impugned communication dated 12.03.2024 (Ex. F) the petitioner and the Principal of the College were called upon to explain giving reference to the enquiry conducted by Respondent No. 7 that prima facie it was revealed that the institute had committed breach of terms and conditions for grant of affiliation provided for in Section 108 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act 2016 (hereinafter the Universities Act) calling upon to explain within 8 days as to why consequential action should not be initiated against it.
