Description

Today, Mr. Drupad Patil, learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that the date referred to in these applications was indeed erroneous and that there had been no consideration of the respondent's case in the meeting held on December 21, 2019. Mr Patil strenuously urges that MCGM should be allowed to file a further affidavit in the matter. His request is primarily based on the desire to set the record straight on the actual date of the decisions of the Appeal Committee.
