As per the Annual report submitted on 20.09.2020 by the National Commission for SCs a Legislation on reservation Bill may be redrafted including the recommendations of the Commission and the opinion of the Commission may also be sought on the redrafted Bill as per the provisions of Article 338(9) of the Constitution.
