The present case was registered on the basis of complaint by PW4 ASI had deposed that on 21.10.2017, while he alongwith Constable Ramjan Ali and Constable Himanshu were on beat patrolling duty, they received an information from secret informer that a person will come at Nala near Chirag Delhi flyover on foot from side going towards Chirag Delhi side who might be in possession of some illegal articles or substance.
