When she told that she wanted to live with him, he asked for giving money to him. When she did not give him money, he poured small cane of kerosene on her and set her ablaze. In the above dying declaration, she further stated that when she rushed out of the house, her husband threw water on her to extinguish the fire along with her other relatives.
