Mr. Deputy Chairman, I have a few brief remarks to make. If I may say so, I think in this hon. House when we discuss such a matter as this it would be better and in the fitness of things if we discuss it in terms of principles instead of introducing names of individuals, how many rupees who gets or the names of individual firms.
