I am very pleased to be here with all of you today to inaugurate Hitec City. Hyderabad js known for its fabulous jewels belonging to a bygone era. However, it has now acquired a new jewel, Hitec City, which belongs to the 21st century and is as precious as any known in the past. As I stand before you, I have the feeling that we are not only opening a magnificent building and a sprawling information technology complex but are flagging off the journey of Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh into a new era of progress, prosperity and global prestige.
