These Appeals have been filed against order dated 07.02.2024 passed by the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal), Ahmedabad, Division Bench, Court by which order the Adjudicating Authority allowed Company Appeal (Insolvency) No. 690 of 2024 the application filed by the Liquidator seeking ex-post facto approval in respect of Section 7 applications which were filed by the Liquidator against the Appellants' companies. All the Appeals arise from same set of facts and raises common question of law, hence, they were heard together and are being decided by this common judgment. It shall be sufficient to refer to Company Appeal (AT) No. 690 of 2024 for deciding all these appeals.
