Public distribution systems should be stopped. All tribal and BPL people must get rice at the rate of Rs. 2 per kilogram. BPL cards should be opened immediately. It has been stopped. It should also be increased. In cities it is 18 to 20 per cent and in rural areas it is only 25 per cent. I will request the Government to increase these BPL cards up to 40 per cent.
