The Corporate Debtor has also availed working capital facilities in accordance with the terms of Working Capital Consortium Agreement dated 18.09.2012 and the latest Working Capital facility sanctioned by Financial Creditor is captured under the Renewal cum Enhancement Sanction Letter dated 17.11.2015 issued by SBI.
