Appellant stated that as per mutual understanding two Directors of Appellant No.1 and one Director of 2nd Respondent was appointed. Appellant stated that several disputes arose between 1st Appellant and 2nd Respondent and 2nd Respondent kept trying to oust the 1st Appellant from the business
