And on every promise they have failed including on the issue of black money. Satish Misraji was just now saying that banks were telling people that there was no money in their banks. Now this is not enough. Banks should also say that the money will never come into their accounts because in this Bill there is basically no mechanism to deal with the methods of bringing back the black money into the country.
