Description

Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 submitted that the order passed by the MSME Facilitation Council is in the nature of final award passed by an Arbitrator and in the conclusive para of the impugned order itself being quoted that if any party is being aggrieved by such order then in such a condition, the present order is appealable under Section 19 of the MSME Act.
