As per plaintiffs, they had purchased the suit premises by registered sale deed dated 30.10.1992. The defendant was a tenant therein at Rs. 100 per month. Notice as regards attornment was issued to the defendant on 15.10.1992 but no rent was paid by him. The suit premises are required by the plaintiffs for running a motor garage.
