From the evidence of P.W. Nos. 4,

From the evidence of P.W. Nos. 4, 5 & 7 it is abundantly clear that they have specifically admitted that they have not witnessed the incident in question and therefore by no stretch of imagination they can be termed as eye-witnesses to the incident and their evidence is of no help to the prosecution.
