Description

As regards the first question as to whether the Respondent No. 4 Vice Chancellor had manipulated the minutes of the Executive Council on a comprehension of the facts available on record this Court is clearly of the view that such allegations have unnecessarily been blown out of proportion and there appears no reason to accept that the Respondent No. 4 had indulged in any such act of manipulation. During the course of submissions in view of such contentions this Court had requisitioned the original records relating to the meetings of the Executive Council.
