Whether approved for publication in press: Yes/No Even though an affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 the fact remains that in answer to this Court's query as to how many violators have been booked till now especially those violating the law while hawking their food products the answer remains in the negative.
