Considering the rival contentions the learned trial Court observed that the plaintiff has filed the suit for recovery of possession and mesne profit. The plaintiff has instituted the suit on 27.07.2022 and he has mentioned suit property as 3 Hectare 28 Acre land out of total 10 Hectare 40 Acre land from Block No. 5.
