Description

Upon completion of investigation charge sheet under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was filed and the accused was consequently summoned. Charge under Section 33 Delhi Excise Act was framed against the accused to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. In order to substantiate the allegations, prosecution examined 7 witnesses. He, inter-alia, deposed that he got the information about the recovery of illicit liquor from HC Anil and he reached the spot along with other staff.
