By the present petition the petitioners are challenging the order dated 03.10.2023 passed below Ex. 198 in Arbitration Regular Darkhast No. 292 of 2020 passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division Chalisgaon. By the impugned order the learned Judge has allowed the application filed by the auction purchaser and extend the time to deposit balance amount of the auction purchase. Regular Darkhast No. 292 of 2020 was filed before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division Chalisgaon and during pendency of the execution proceedings compromise took place between the parties. It was agreed that borrowers would pay Rs. 60,000/- towards the final settlement of the award.
